Dear All,
This government is totally enemy of the education because almost all the political personnel of this government are fake degree holders. First time this government attack on education and HEC when they closed indigenous and foreign scholarships, second attack was made when they stop funding to HEC, third time attack was made when they showed their interest to bring HEC under ministry of education directly and now fourth time attack in the shape of totally destroying higher education in Pakistan. This is totally unfair. The successful future of this country is in higher education.

Dear Dr. Sahibzada Ali Mahmud sb
I have read in today's newspaper that Government has decided to shut down the operations of HEC altogether. Dr. Sohail Naqvi and Dr. Atta is going to talk with Government to reverse this (stupid and education unfriendly) decision. maybe they will also knock the doors of judiciary.
I think we should all raise voice against this act and let Government know that this is not a waste of investment and money. Education is a long term investment and Pakistan's future highly depends on this.

I don't know when we get rid of these fake degree holders in whose hands such prestigious institutions have become hostage.

Salaam Alaikum everyone,
Due to the recent news about handing over HEC to the pronvinces has raised many concerns. There is a lot of uncertainty in case it happens, about the role that the HEC shall perform. I was wondering what would happen to the National Research Program for Universities (NRPU) ? I would be grateful if anybody could share their thoughts on this matter.
